CLUBHOUSE RENTAL CLEANUP CHECKLIST

BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES CHECK OFF ALL OF THE FOLLOWING

(Dollar Amount Following Item Represents Possible Deduction From Deposit) Remember that the contract you SIGNED stated that MUSIC

MUST END at 9:00pm or you’ll LOSE your entire $300.00 DEPOSIT!!

1. Return all chairs to their original location and stack according to style. DO NOT stack more than 12 chairs high. See signs. ($50.00)

2. Return all tables to the inside locked area to their original locations. Wipe off tables if necessary. ($25.00)

3. Trash Cans MUST be emptied into the dumpster. Lock the dumpster and return trash cans inside. Rinse out trash cans if necessary. When dumpster is full trash must be removed off site. ($50.00)

4. Sweep and clean both inside and covered lanai floors .Please pick up any cigarette butts on the premises. Remind guests before use that there are ashtrays available outside and there is NO SMOKING inside. ($15.00)

5. Clean kitchen floor, counters and sink. ($15.00)

6. Remove food stuff and clean refrigerator. ($15.00)

7. Clean bathrooms and empty trash receptacles in bathrooms. ($15.00)

8. If you plan to use the BBQ, bring a grill brush to clean. After cleaning BBQ, be sure to turn OFF gas, return cover and lock with key. Return BBQ lock and gas turner to wall in bar area. ($15.00)

9. Close and lock all doors and windows. ($50.00)

10. Remove all decorations including pins, tape and rust resistant staples. ($15.00)

11._Return deck umbrellas to down position. ($25.00)

12._Turn all lights off except the kitchen and the entry lights, ($15.00)

13._LEAVE CHECKLIST with club keys o the front desk. The front door locks by manually turning the inside lock as you leave.

14._Remove all food and personal belongings. ($10.00)

15._THANK YOU for using our facility and respecting it as you own. Think of us when you plan your next event.
