KEAUHOU-KONA YACHT CLUB

CLUBHOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENT

A rental agreement by and between the KeauhouKona Yacht Club (The Club) and

RENTAL REGULATiONS

1. A required security deposit of $300.00 shall be submitted at the time this application is presented. The balance of the rental fee shall be payable not later than 14 days before the scheduled event.

2. The Club shall not be subject to any liability arising out of the rental of the Club fucilities under this agreement. If any claim or action arises for any omission in the course of or connected with the use of the Club facilities under this agreement, the Applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless the Club for said claim or action and will defend the Club in that claim or action.

3. Applicant will provide all food, beverages, utensils, cleaning equipment, decorations, entertainment and other items needed for the function. Only thumbtacks may be used to attach signs or decorations, and they MUST be removed at the end of the function.

4. NO illegal activities may be carried on or may illegal substances be introduced on the premises. NO SMOKING is allowed under the roofed premises.

5. Boisterous, disorderly or violent conduct will be cause for eviction from the premises and forfeiture of entire deposit. All music MUST end at 9:00p.m. or you will LOSE entire $300.00 deposit.

6. No vehicles may pass beyond the chain guard at the end of driveway.

7. All Club property must be returned to it’s original condition and positions. All trash and garbage must be placed in the dumpster or removed from the premises. Due to the plumbing restrictions no garbage may run down the sink drain.

8. Any and all damage to Club property, replacement costs of missing or damaged items, and labor costs to clean up and correct other deficiencies will be charged to Applicant. It will be collected from the Security deposit and any excess over the deposit will be collected from Applicant and or Sponsor. The Applicant will complete the Cleanup Checklist and wiU be appraised of the cost of not complying with each item listed.

9. Prior to leaving the premises the Applicant will thoroughly inspect the premises and extinguish all lights, fires, cigarettes, ect. and lock and secure the premises. The keys MUST be left on the entrance desk or with prior approval returned to the Club not later than 24 hours after the event.

10. All rubbish containers must be put inside the Club, and the dumpster must be locked.

I have read the above regulations and I agree to abide by them if my application for use of the Keauhou-Kona Yacht Club facility is approved. I futher agree that I will be solely responsible for all charges incurred should said facility be damaged in any way as a result of my use of the premises.
